WELCOME

Welcome to 1st and Fantasy — a unique take on a Fantasy Football podcast! Like most of you, we’ve been addicted to Fantasy Football for the majority of our lives. What we’ve found is a lot of the same content and sifting through information to find tidbits dedicated to our players. 

What we’ve decided is to create a Fantasy Football podcast based on real life examples. We will be following a real league, with real Managers and real roster moves throughout the season! In order to do that, we need your help. 

Whether you’re a seasoned fantasy Manager or just starting on your Fantasy Football journey, you’re in the right place.

We will select 6 lucky listeners/readers to join the league for this 2025-2026 season! From there, we will highlight the league in a weekly podcast episode that will focus on matchups, roster moves, waivers, trades and hopefully some rivalries. If that’s not enough, the listener/reader who makes it to the Championship matchup will have the opportunity to win a $500 AMEX gift card! 

This is just the start and we have a lot more ideas on the way!
